Synergize is hiring an Entry-Level Event Marketing Representative to support nonprofit organizations at live events, community activations, and public outreach campaigns .
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in event marketing, sales, customer engagement, fundraising, and community outreach .
Responsibilities- Represent nonprofit partners at live events
- Engage attendees and members of the community
- Introduce nonprofit programs and campaigns
- Answer questions and provide information
- Help generate awareness and community support
- Conduct face-to-face customer and donor engagement
- Assist with event displays and promotional materials
- Help maintain a professional event environment
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Support campaign goals and daily activities
- Friendly and professional personality
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working around the public
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Interest in events, sales, marketing, or nonprofit work
Event marketing experience is not required.
Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, promotions, or other public-facing roles is a plus.
