Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior-level, technical, and hard-to-fill roles Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders throughout the hiring process Develop and execute strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives Build diverse talent pipelines Evaluate and select qualified candidates Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and industry trends to support hiring decisions Foster strong stakeholder relationships Promote a positive candidate experience Support employer branding efforts Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies Drive continuous improvement of recruiting practices Deliver effective, cost-conscious talent acquisition solutions Requirements Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field and 5 years full-life cycle recruiting experience OR High School Diploma and 9 years full-life cycle recruiting experience Strong consultative, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking activities Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders Organizational, communication and problem solving skills Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting data and metrics to drive decisions Sponsorship is not available Preferred: Experience recruiting executive-level talent Preferred: Experience supporting workforce planning and talent strategy discussions Preferred: Project management experience Preferred: Experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or other highly regulated industries Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and building diverse talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
