Cnc Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in the Dublin, Ohio area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC machining equipment, G-Code programming, and precision manufacturing processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a dependable and detail-oriented professional looking to grow their career in a dynamic production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machining equipment according to production specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Utilize G-Code knowledge to support machine operation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
- Perform routine inspections of finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain production records and documentation as required.
- Assist with general manufacturing and production activities.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Experience working with G-Code programming.
- Familiarity with WorkNC software.
- Previous CNC machining or CNC operator experience required.
- Experience operating or working with the following equipment is preferred:
- SNK-RB4
- DC4
- Makino KE55
- Okuma MA-630VB
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
