Role Description
Splash Sports is the leading peer-to-peer sports gaming platform, offering real-money contests across 40+ states. Our mission is to bring people closer together through the gamification of live sports.
If you've lived inside an attribution system, know where the bodies are buried in multi-touch modeling, and can connect CAC to LTV to payback period in a way that makes a finance leader nod — keep reading.

You'll own the full attribution stack:
- AppsFlyer
- Segment
- Snowflake
- dbt models
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining the growth analytics infrastructure
- Shipping the reporting that drives budget allocation
- Working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance
Qualifications
- 4–7 years in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or a closely related role
- Deep SQL expertise against Snowflake or a comparable cloud warehouse
- Hands-on experience with AppsFlyer or a comparable MMP
- Experience with a CDP (Segment, mParticle, or Rudderstack)
- Strong A/B testing fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A track record of using AI tools — Claude in particular
- Genuine curiosity about how games and contests perform
- Avid sports fan a plus
Requirements
- Architect and own Splash's multi-touch attribution model
- Own AppsFlyer configuration, campaign tracking, postbacks, and deep linking
- Define and enforce attribution standards across the organization
- Identify drop-off points and drive cross-functional experiments
- Architect and maintain performant dbt models for attribution
- Own CAC, RPU, LTV, payback period, and ROAS reporting
- Connect contest performance to acquisition and retention outcomes
- Set the analytical bar for the growth team
