Senior Growth Analyst

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Growth Analyst will manage marketing performance analysis, develop measurement frameworks, and create dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across marketing and finance teams. Key responsibilities Own performance tracking, reporting, and analysis for marketing channels, ensuring stakeholders can act on insights confidently Design and analyze experiments to evaluate channel effectiveness, including A/B tests and incrementality frameworks Build and maintain dashboards in Looker or similar tools to facilitate self-service access to key metrics for growth teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics, preferably in a consumer-focused or high-growth technology company Strong SQL skills with the ability to write accurate queries and analyze unfamiliar data domains Solid understanding of marketing measurement concepts, including channel performance metrics and advanced measurement approaches Experience building reporting and dashboards in a BI tool such as Looker or Tableau Comfortable working with experimentation concepts and understanding test validity
