Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities Deliver store in-stock metrics by influencing the order process, including order creation, reviewing daily orders, maintaining perfect POs, and optimizing fill rates. Drive execution of Direct Import business out of Asia in partnership with the Customer Service team in Hong Kong. Participate in sales trend analysis to improve weekly item-level POS projections, aligning these plans with internal stakeholders and retail partners. Drive weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS plans and future order needs. Attend internal consensus meetings to present POS demand forecasts and share data findings with cross-functional S&OP teams to finalize monthly consensus forecasts. Collaborate with sales team in key forecasting meetings with Buyers and Replenishment Managers, providing business insights and recommending seasonal action plans. Skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diverse information and recommend corrective actions. Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all organizational levels. Strong business judgment for interpreting issues and recommending actions that align with group, division, and corporate goals. Process-oriented mindset to identify and address process improvements. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (Power User), and experience with tools like PowerBI, Alteryx, and BigQuery. Education/Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. At least 2+ years of relevant experience in sales analysis or merchandise buying/planning, preferably in a highly seasonal environment. Experience with direct replenishment planning and long lead times. Experience in CPG or retail.
