• Outpatient only

• Mostly pediatric patient population, with the ability to see patients of all ages

• Part-time or full-time options available

• Must be able to work at least 3 days per week

• Rotating phone call coverage

• Rotating weekend shifts

• Brand-new facility

• Site offers medical, dental, and behavioral health services

• Work alongside a pediatrician, three primary care PAs, care managers, and additional support staff

• Competitive salary: $115,000-$125,000
