We're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our production team as a Production Associate. No manufacturing experience? No problem. We're willing to train motivated candidates who have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn.

What You'll Do

• Prepare production batches by mixing raw materials according to established formulas.
• Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load materials into molds and assist with press operations.
• Remove finished products and prepare them for the next stage of production.
• Load and unload products from kilns during the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Package finished products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all production, quality, and safety procedures.

• Machine operation experience.
• Assembly or packaging experience.
• Quality inspection experience.
• Warehouse, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience.

No manufacturing experience required. We provide on-the-job training and are looking for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and eager to learn.

Work Environment

This is a hands-on manufacturing role in a production facility. The work environment can become warm during the summer months, particularly near kiln operations, and some areas may contain dust. Safety equipment is provided, and maintaining a safe workplace is a top priority.

Steel-toe boots are required.

This is a Contract position based out of East Rochester, NY.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
