Job Title and Summary Associate Manager Accounting Integration Join our team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as an Associate Manager Accounting Integration and play a pivotal role in the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Siemens world by implementing our global accounting standards and processes and delivering valuable insights to our management team. Responsibilities Use your accounting and finance expertise to manage the global integration of newly acquired businesses including full consolidation, purchase price allocation, and policy alignment. Serve as the first point of contact for all accounting topics in the integration project and a trusted partner that works in a dynamic multi‑disciplinary team including finance, reporting, tax, transfer pricing, legal entity reporting, legal and many more. Partner with accounting hubs or central teams to handover tasks and provide transparency on the project after the integration activities come to an end. With a passion for technology and change management, support the deployment of our SAP ERP system and other finance and reporting tools in the acquired entities. Oversee the overall project success by focusing on the big picture while also diving deep into day‑to‑day accounting and closing activities. Ideal Candidate Minimum 5 years of progressive work experience in a similar role, preferably a mix of tech companies and public accounting. Display strong accounting knowledge, strong analytical skills, business judgment, and excellent attention to detail. Rely on a strong project management expertise paired with self‑determination and strategic judgment. Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex data sets, translate insights into clear action points, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across cultures and geographies. Showcase strong communication and presentation skills in a multi‑cultural environment. Have advanced experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP and/or Netsuite. The actual wage offered may vary based on budget, candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and geographic location.
