Production Worker I/ Assembler

Hours: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM. Some occasional overtime may be required, with shifts extending until 5:30 PM.

Pay: $15/hour

Job Overview

The Production Worker I is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing, assembly, and preparation of products for shipment. Duties include working with finished goods, assisting with assembly processes, packaging products, organizing shipments, and performing basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards. This is an on-site hourly position, and additional hours may be assigned during peak production periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
• Verify product quantity and quality according to specifications
• Assist production personnel with assigned tasks and assembly operations
• Operate simple electronic machines and equipment
• Produce parts within established tolerances and specifications
• Properly use basic hand tools and production equipment
• Assemble, package, and prepare materials for shipment
• Organize and stage finished goods for shipping
• Perform basic adjustments, maintenance support, and cleaning duties
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
