Paralegal

A respected law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support a sophisticated private client practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented paralegal who enjoys working closely with attorneys and clients on complex estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters. Responsibilities include: Assist with preparation and management of estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives Support trust administration, probate proceedings, and estate settlement matters Assist attorneys with complex planning strategies involving asset protection, business succession, and wealth transfer Prepare filings, accountings, correspondence, and supporting documentation Assist with estate and gift tax-related matters, including organizing documentation and supporting filings Communicate with clients, attorneys, courts, and outside professionals throughout the estate planning process Qualifications: 5+ years of estate planning and trust administration experience Strong understanding of wills, trusts, probate, and estate administration processes Experience supporting high-net-worth clients and complex estate matters preferred Excellent research, writing, organization, and communication skills This is a confidential opportunity with a collaborative legal team offering the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting sophisticated client matters.
