HR Business Partner

Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner who can own day-to-day HR operations with a focus on benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding for both employees and contractors (including terminations), staffing agency/vendor management, and HRIS data integrity and reporting. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-first HR professional who enjoys improving processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering a great employee experience from pre-hire to exit.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience
Hands-on benefits administration and onboarding/offboarding experience, including terminations.
Experience managing contractors and staffing agencies/MSPs end-to-end.
Proficiency with an HRIS (Workday, UKG/UltiPro, ADP, BambooHR, or similar) and strong Excel/Sheets skills.
Demonstrated strength in reporting and analytics, especially new-hire data and headcount reporting.
Working knowledge of key regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA, EEOC) and standard HR compliance practices.
Exceptional attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a service mindset. Master's Degree
