Job PositionEssential Functions:Retrieve completed food orders from kitchen and deliver to correct guestsPerform a perimeter sweep at beginning & end of shiftObserve tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tablesEnsure that all areas are clean and maintained throughout shiftAssist in bussing and resetting tablesMaintains professional, composed and calm demeanor at all timesCompletes all side-work as directedAssists in an entire team effortSpecial Skills Necessary for This Position:Full-Service Restaurant Kitchen Experience is desiredStrong interpersonal skills; able to communicate with individuals from diverse backgroundsAbility to be organized in a changing environmentAbility to maintain a calm professional demeanor during periods of uncertainty or crisisPhysical Requirements:Stand during entire shiftReach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, pour, carry, and pushLift and carry tubs, trays, and cases weighing up to 25 lbs. up to 20 times per shiftFrequent exposure to high temperatures, humidity and coldBenefits:Health Insurance, 401K, Discounted Meals
