Summary :

We’re a local family-owned and family-operated HVAC, plumbing and electrical company looking for a talented dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and high-energy team player.

As a Dispatcher you will be responsible for taking calls and organizing the daily routes for sales and service technicians. The main duties center around achieving a fuel and time-efficient route.

Our offices are open Monday through Saturday 7 am to 7 pm. All applicants will be required to pass a drug test and background check prior to employment. Must live within 30 miles of our offices.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and drivers.
• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and drivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in dispatching.
• Trades knowledge is a plus.
• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
