Healthcare Business Analyst
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support the deployment and continuous improvement of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, the part-time Healthcare Business Analyst will provide user support, evaluate workflow needs, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, primarily working remotely with one day onsite in Richmond, VA. Key responsibilities Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts Engage with stakeholders to evaluate current EHR capabilities and recommend solutions Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements Required qualifications Experience providing application support in healthcare environments Strong skills in requirements documentation and enhancement analysis Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio Experience participating in structured testing cycles
