Medical Accounts Receivable Specialist

Healthcare Accounts Receivable Specialist We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be able to manage the accounts receivable process efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities Manage the accounts receivable process from start to finish Generate and send out statements to patients Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any discrepancies Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted Communicate with patients to resolve any billing issues or disputes Prepare and maintain various reports related to accounts receivable Assist with month-end close and other accounting tasks as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred Pain Management experience a plus 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills eCW billing strongly preferred Bilingual a PLUS If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for accounting and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
