Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or behavior technician in a classroom setting
• Familiarity with elementary school caseloads and individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience implementing positive behavior interventions and supports
• Ability to adapt to the changing needs of students and the school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional and behavioral plans
• Support students with behavioral, social, and academic goals
• Provide consistent, compassionate, and proactive support throughout the school day
• Accurately document student progress and behavior data
• Communicate regularly with teachers, specialists, and families on student progress
