Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime Possible

About the Role

Responsibilities

- Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated equipment
- Follow process/work instructions and test plans to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards
- Utilize measuring instruments and electronic test equipment for quality control
- Accurately document data, maintain test records, and generate reports
- Assist in troubleshooting and retesting electronic assemblies as needed
- Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve processes and throughput

Required Skills and Experience

- High school diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency for timekeeping and following digital instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of following written and verbal instructions precisely
- Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment
- Reputation for punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic

Preferred Skills

- Experience with electrical or micro-electronics
- Previous experience in electronic assembly testing environments
