Regional Director, Southern CA - Transcatheter Heart Valve

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Regional Director to lead transcatheter heart valve sales in Southern California. This leadership role oversees a regional sales team, manages revenue and profit targets, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives to advance innovative heart valve technologies in the market.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategy objectives and establish regional sales targets and budgets
- Manage, develop, and retain sales team including Territory Managers and Field Clinical Specialists
- Oversee site performance and prepare forecasts by account, product, and therapy
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Marketing, R&D, and Clinical Affairs departments
- Monitor competitive strategies, regulatory developments, and industry trends to inform regional plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- Regional operations management experience or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated people management experience
- Leadership, coaching, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
- Cardiovascular or interventional peripheral vascular experience preferred
- Strong business, financial, and analytical acumen
- Ability to build internal and external business relationships
Compensation: $160,000–$192,000 base
