You help us win in builder communities by improving the customer experience, increasing referral conversion, and expanding market share. You collaborate closely with sales leadership and Home Lending Advisors to execute regional growth strategies, strengthen builder engagement, and deliver consistent outcomes. You also partner across Operations, Underwriting, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to support initiatives while meeting regulatory and firm requirements. We value relationship-building, accountability, and a culture where we share best practices and continuously improve.Job responsibilitiesIdentify and secure new builder and developer partnerships that support regional growth goalsDevelop and execute regional business plans to increase purchase mortgage production and referral volumeBuild and maintain executive-level relationships with builder and developer stakeholdersRepresent the firm at industry events, builder functions, and trade association meetingsManage assigned builder and developer relationships as the primary point of contactLead regular business reviews to evaluate performance and align on growth opportunitiesImprove customer experience by partnering with builders to enhance mortgage penetration and operational efficiencyEscalate and resolve builder-related issues to ensure timely, effective outcomesPartner with sales leadership and Home Lending Advisors to execute builder growth strategiesCoach and educate sales teams on builder sales execution and new construction lending best practicesAnalyze performance reporting to drive accountability for referral conversion, pull-through, and funding resultsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills7 years of mortgage lending experience5 years of experience in business development, account management, or relationship managementDemonstrated experience developing and managing strategic referral partnershipsDemonstrated knowledge of residential purchase transactions and new construction lendingProven ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels of an organizationStrong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsStrong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPointExperience using performance reporting tools to track results and identify improvement opportunitiesHigh school diploma or equivalent work experiencePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience working directly with national or regional home builders, or with residential sales and marketing firmsKnowledge of condominium lending and project approval processes5 years of leadership experience supporting sales teams across multiple marketsThis position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
