Now Hiring: Front Office Administrative Assistant Location: Longview, WA Status: Temp-to-Hire Are you organized, friendly, and enjoy helping others? We are looking for a Front Office Administrative Assistant for our customer in Cowlitz County. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt and support multiple departments. Responsibilities Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and manage incoming/outgoing mail. Provide general administrative support for daily office operations. Order and maintain office supplies and visitor/new hire PPE. Assist with printing, laminating, and preparing office materials. Support site leadership with employee engagement, retention, and safety initiatives. Process accounts payable invoices and maintain accurate filing systems. Assist with purchasing card reporting and invoice reconciliation. Track shipments and maintain organized purchasing records. Perform additional administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. Positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
