Production Technician

Production Technician Our client, a leading food production organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join their team. As a Production Technician, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Goldsboro, NC Pay Range: $19.81 Shift: 4pm - 2am Mon - Sat What's the Job? Set up, troubleshoot, repair, and operate qualified equipment in the department. Coordinate work and resolve production or equipment issues under supervision. Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on all equipment to ensure optimal operation. Adjust line speeds as necessary to meet production standards and maintain quality. Monitor food safety and quality critical limits, ensuring compliance at all times. What's Needed? Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on equipment. Willingness to follow safety rules and company policies diligently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
