Board: Board Certified required
Licenses: Licensed in TX

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide inpatient physical medicine and rehabilitation care to patients.
Round on assigned patients daily.
Develop and manage rehabilitation treatment plans.
Collaborate with hospitalist and multidisciplinary team.
Document patient progress in EMR (Epic).
