Position Requirements - 2+ years' work experienceBasic Health and Tuberculosis ScreeningParticipate in Quality Improvement ProgramRequirement for job duties able to lift up to 50lbsCurrent Physical Therapist licensure for state of practiceCurrent CPR (American Heart Association).Ability to think and work independently and with direction and communicate with staff members in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.Valid Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportationMeeting recurring training requirements
