Job Summary Job Shift: Days Job Type: Full Time The Unit Secretary provides clinical and reception support in the Emergency Department. Manages supply procurement, receipt and storage for the unit as directed by the charge nurse, manager and or director. Enters orders/tests accurately and timely in the electronic health record. Qualifications High School or GED equivalent American Heart Association BLS card 1 year in hospital or nursing home setting preferred Excellent human relations skills. Medical terminology, communication, and customer service skills About the Organization West Boca Medical Center (WBMC) is part of the Palm Beach Health Network and has been serving southern Palm Beach and northern Broward counties for over 37 years. WBMC offers general medical and surgical care, orthopedics, a robotic surgery program, a state‑of‑the‑art breast imaging center, women's and children's services and the only level III NICU in southern Palm Beach County.
