Laboratory Project Specialist - Pre Analytical - On-Site

$24.03 - $28.85 per hour

Labcorp seeks a Project Specialist for its Dublin, Ohio laboratory to develop operational dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives across pre- and peri-analytical departments. The role focuses on data-driven decision support and process optimization using business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for laboratory departments
Partner with leadership to analyze trends in productivity, quality, staffing, and efficiency
Create executive summaries and visual reports to support strategic decision-making
Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and project tracking
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and reporting capabilities

Requirements

Associate's degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or Information Systems
Minimum 3 years experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, and business intelligence platforms
Ability to collect, interpret, and analyze operational data to identify trends and opportunities
Strong presentation and data visualization skills for executive audiences
Proficiency with dashboard, scorecard, and KPI development
Pass standardized color blindness test
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $24.03–$28.85 per hour
