Responsibilities Responsible for overall operations, services, and resources of shared services center. Help establish and evolve the center, manage team members, track, report on, and improve operations, and develop relationships with engagement teams and key stakeholders. Identify and integrate new processes into the shared service’s scope. Onboard, train, mentor, and evaluate a team as it scales up and down in response to business requirements across multiple domestic and international locations. Foster a team environment and a strong service culture collaborating with engagement teams to ensure delivery of accurate, timely, repeatable, and quality‑driven service while ensuring all deadlines are met. Manage standard intake process, routing and processing, review and return processes. Direct strategic and tactical planning for the development and operation of integrated shared services functions while working with practice leaders on initiatives and prioritization of shared services objectives and continuous improvement. Provide guidance, process documents, and metrics related to practice volume. Qualifications Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with the exception of qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
