Collision Estimator: Elevate Customer Experience & Repairs

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate damage appraisals and coordinating repairs. You will document communications with customers and insurers, and ensure alignment with team goals to hit KPIs. The role requires knowledge of repairs, OE guidelines, and DRP processes, with at least 1 year in DRP compliance; a high school diploma is required and I-CAR training is encouraged. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boyd Group Services
