This is not a "check-the-box" operations role. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, influencing without authority, analyzing performance, and creating measurable business growth. Position Summary The Franchise Business Coach serves as the strategic business partner for a portfolio of franchise owners and their leadership teams. This individual is responsible for helping clinics improve revenue, profitability, patient experience, operational excellence, and overall business performance. Success in this role requires someone who can balance coaching with accountability—someone who can earn trust while challenging franchisees to think differently, execute consistently, and achieve higher levels of performance. What You'll Do Business Coaching & Performance Coach franchise owners and leadership teams to improve revenue growth, profitability, patient retention, and operational performance. Analyze financial statements, KPIs, dashboards, and clinic trends to identify opportunities and develop action plans. Conduct recurring business reviews with franchisees focused on accountability and measurable outcomes. Help owners build scalable businesses rather than simply managing day-to-day operations. Create performance improvement plans for underperforming clinics and provide ongoing coaching to ensure execution. Operational Excellence Ensure franchisees consistently execute Gameday's operating standards and brand. Partner with cross-functional departments including Operations, Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Training to solve business challenges. Support new clinic openings and help accelerate ramp-up performance. Identify operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions. Coach clinics on consultation excellence, patient communication, conversion strategies, and retention. Review clinic performance metrics including lead management, close rates, treatment mix, patient lifetime value, and provider productivity. Help teams maximize every patient opportunity while maintaining an exceptional patient experience. Share best practices from top-performing clinics throughout the network. Leadership Development Develop owners, clinic directors, providers, and leadership teams through coaching, mentorship, and accountability. Facilitate business meetings, webinars, and individual coaching sessions. Build strong relationships that encourage trust while holding franchisees accountable to agreed-upon goals. Help franchisees recruit, develop, and retain high-performing teams. Brand Stewardship Champion new initiatives, programs, technology, and operational improvements across the network. Ensure franchisees remain compliant with brand standards and operational. Protect and strengthen the Gameday brand through consistent execution and coaching. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is an equal parts coach, consultant, strategist, and business leader. The ideal candidate has experience helping business owners grow their organizations, understands financial and operational metrics, and enjoys developing people more than managing them. Qualifications 5+ years of multi-unit operations, franchise support, business coaching, or executive Proven success coaching business owners, operators, or leadership teams to improve performance. Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret KPIs, P&Ls, and business trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence without direct authority. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through and accountability. Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Ability to occasionally travel for clinic visits, training, and regional meetings.
