Highlights Ranked as a top workplace in Chicago Ranked as a leader in complex employment litigation by BTI Litigation Outlook Excellent benefits program and wellness initiatives with emphasis on work/life balance Responsibilities Advise and defend employers in complex disputes involving wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, and restrictive covenant issues Counsel employers on employment-related policies Handle trade secret matters, whistleblower complaints, and breach of contract claims Qualifications 4-7 years of employment counseling and litigation experience Experience with wage-and-hour and class and collective action matters preferred Strong academic credentials and writing skills Location Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Compensation The anticipated base salary range for this position is $320,000 - $440,000.
