I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of nine. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - I worked alongside my mom, who is also an agent, and I'm proud to be a third-generation State Farm agent. I originally went to college to become a teacher, and that passion for helping others learn and grow still influences how I lead my team today. Being part of our community is incredibly important to us, and our agency stays actively involved with our local school district and the families we serve. As an Account Manager for Shelby Fiandt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
