Job Overview

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and our technology teams, translating business needs into functional requirements, and driving organisational improvements through data-driven insights. Responsibilities
* Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend effective solutions.
* Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
* Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
* Liaise between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure a clear understanding of requirements and project goals.
* Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualisations to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
* Assist in the planning, testing, and implementation of new business solutions.

Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Exceptional analytical, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and business process modelling.
* Experience with data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or business intelligence platforms.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
* Experience within the real estate industry would be considered a significant advantage.
