Job Description
Major Duties:
- Diagnostic by use of patient history, radiographs, examinations, diagnostic models, and other appropriate tests.
- Endodontic restoration of teeth having suffered severe and rampant caries, periodontal disease, and trauma to the oral cavity and supporting structures.
- Provides emergency services including the treatment of trauma, pain and infection.
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuing education courses for the IHS dental program.
- Provide technical guidance for the service unit dentists in the development and operation of direct and contract endodontic programs.
