How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Lead the delivery of compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following evidence-based protocols that prioritize patient safety and clinical excellence.
• Create and monitor comprehensive care plans, adjusting interventions in real-time to drive positive patient outcomes and recovery.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams as the primary point of contact to ensure the patient receives a seamless, holistic treatment experience.
• Support the patient's journey home by managing discharge planning early, ensuring a safe and confident transition from our care.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required OR a bachelors level degree not in nursing, an active RN License, and enrolled in an Alternate Entry Masters of Science in Nursing Program with a minimum of 1 year in the program completed.

What Additional Preferences We're Seeking

• 1-2 years of Nursing experience
• Neuro and pediatric experience preferred
