HVAC Operations Manager

Overview HVAC Operations Manager is a permanent, full-time role responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HVAC department, from design and installation to maintenance and repairs. The position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and a solid technical understanding of HVAC systems. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC department, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards of quality. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Manage a team of HVAC technicians, providing training, guidance, and support as needed. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Handle customer inquiries and issues, providing solutions that meet needs and maintain the company’s reputation for excellence. Prepare and manage the HVAC department’s budget, making cost-effective decisions to maximize profitability. Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends, implementing new practices as appropriate. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC service management. Proven experience in leading a team of HVAC technicians. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues. Strong leadership and team management abilities with a track record of motivating others. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively. Strong budgeting and financial management skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards related to HVAC. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC technologies and industry trends.
