Human Resources Payroll Coordinator

As a Human Resources Payroll Coordinator at Briarwood Nursing and Rehab, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing outstanding support to our employees.
Responsibilities:
• Payroll Administration: Coordinate and process payroll for all employees, including accuracy checks, reported time, and tax compliance.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee files, benefits, and documentation.
• Employee Support: Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their HR-related questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits administration.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations regarding HR and payroll, including tax compliance and record-keeping requirements.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma, required
