WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales & Service Technician, you will visit customers, identify their needs, provide professional service, and recommend the right solutions.

You will:

• Contact the customer approximately 30 minutes before arrival
• Introduce yourself professionally when you arrive
• Wear shoe covers and treat every home with respect
• Protect floors, walls, furniture, and the customer's property
• Listen carefully and understand the customer's needs
• Diagnose problems and explain solutions clearly
• Present recommended services and options
• Provide professional, friendly customer service
• Complete service work safely and professionally
• Keep your work area clean
• Make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving
• Follow up and communicate when needed
• Represent our company with honesty, professionalism, and integrity
