We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care practice located near Delaware City, DE . Position Highlights:

• Location : Near Delaware City, DE
• Schedule : Monday to Friday, offering flexibility with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
• Call Requirements : Equitable night and weekend call
• Patient Population : Diverse, with a special focus on underserved and bilingual communities
• Work Environment : Newly renovated and expanded practice space
• Teaching Opportunity : Family Medicine Residency Program with the opportunity to teach on Family Medicine Service
• EMR : EPIC system

Candidate Requirements:

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine (must be within 5 years of eligibility)
• Delaware License (or willingness to obtain)
• DEA License (or ability to obtain)
• Experience working with patients across all age groups, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Strong preference for candidates fluent or proficient in medical Spanish
• Open to visa candidates (J1/H1B)
