Now hiring Production Team Member Location: Hartford, AL Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Every Product Starts with You. Join us as a Production Team Member in Dothan and be the start of something real. You'll run machines, assemble parts, or pack goods that ship around the world. It's hands-on work with fair pay and room to grow.

Requirements: Experience with drills, impact drivers, and basic hand tools Ability to read work orders and measure accurately Must bring your own tape measure Reliable transportation Strong attention to detail and good attendance Ability to work in a team and learn new skills

Job Duties: Assemble louvers using hand and power tools Use a tape measure to check sizes and accuracy Read work orders and follow instructions Seal products with a caulk gun Prepare and crate finished products for shipment Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Keep your work area clean and safe
