Our growing promotional marketing team is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Management Trainee position. This is a hands-on opportunity for individuals interested in marketing, sales, customer service, leadership, and business development .

No previous management experience is required. New team members receive paid training, hands-on coaching, and mentorship while developing the skills needed to succeed in a fast-paced business environment.

What You'll Do

As a Management Trainee, you'll learn the fundamentals of marketing, sales, customer service, and team leadership while supporting promotional campaigns and customer-focused initiatives.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns
• Represent brands at events, retail locations, and community promotions
• Interact directly with customers and provide product and service information
• Support sales and customer acquisition initiatives
• Build professional relationships with customers and clients
• Assist with promotional events and experiential marketing programs
• Learn customer service and sales strategies
• Support campaign implementation and daily business operations
• Work with team members and Brand Ambassadors
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development

• Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience develop

Paid Training & Mentorship

Experience is not required. Training is provided.

New Management Trainees receive hands-on training and mentorship in:
