Where you'll create impact Build and execute DualEntry’s recruiting strategy across GTM, Operations, Engineering, AI/ML, Product, and Leadership roles Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative, non-obvious sourcing strategies Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working What sets you up for success Hardcore work ethic and high agency 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups, ideally building a function from scratch (ATS, candidate experience systems, process) Deep sourcing expertise - you find talent beyond inbound Analytical: you track what's working and manage against KPIs Why you’ll thrive here Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world You’re joining early and will grow with DualEntry Your feedback shapes the product directly High-speed, high-trust environment with high expectations Meet the TA Team Shweta was DualEntry's first Talent hire before there was a team, an ATS, or a process, there was just her building it from zero.
