BookkeeperThe Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the accounting department as the company experiences significant growth. Job Type: Temp-to-Hire Pay Rate: $26.44-$31.25/hour Benefits: Excellent benefits available after the successful completion of the temporary period, including medical, PTO, sick time, 401(k), and more.Bookkeeper Responsibilities:Process Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableMaintain Microsoft Dynamics accounting recordsPerform journal entries and general ledger maintenanceComplete credit card reconciliationsAssist with month-end closing activitiesSupport budgeting and project accounting functionsMaintain accurate financial documentationWork closely with the CFOAssist with other accounting projects as neededProvide occasional office support when necessaryBookkeeper Skills and Abilities:Strong Microsoft Dynamics experience requiredSolid understanding of bookkeeping principlesAP/AR experienceGeneral Ledger experienceJournal Entry experienceDetail-oriented and organizedAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skillsTeam player with a willingness to help outside primary responsibilitiesComfortable working in a family-oriented construction environmentBookkeeper Education and Experience:5+ years of bookkeeping experience preferredMinimum 2 years of Microsoft Dynamics experience requiredDegree preferred but not requiredExperience with small to mid-sized companies strongly preferredConstruction industry experience is a plusBookkeeper - Immediate need.
