Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Job SummaryThe Kawasaki Robotics team designs and implements robotic solutions for cleanroom semi-conductor robots used in the fabrication of nearly every microchip in the world. This position focuses on robotic software development where you will evaluate and implement high technology solutions for semi-conductor applications.Core Role ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and test software for clean room robot applicationsTroubleshoot and resolve reported software bugs/issuesCollaborate with multi-disciplinary team to drive robotic solutionsCollaborate closely with team leads and project managers to ensure high-quality work is delivered on timeConsult and work closely with external customers to support and develop software specifications and solutionsContribute to the continuous improvement of robot systems and software development processesManage multiple tasks/projects simultaneouslyQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in engineeringPassion for robotics or mechatronic systemsExperience developing software with Python, C/C++ or similarSelf-starter and able to manage multiple projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive with a positive and collaborative attitudePersistent and creative problem solver when things do not succeed the first timePreferredBachelor's degree in engineering with emphasis on robotics or mechatronics1~3 years of mechatronics related experienceExperience in motion control applications in the robotics or automation fieldPhysical RequirementsAbility to carry, lift, push and pull, bend, walk and stand with objects up to 25IbsAttendance is a requirement of this position
