Sales Associate: Hourly rate starting at $13.00 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Brand: Spirit Halloween Position Overview The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards and will generate sales, perform sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. Responsibilities Set up, merchandise, pack-up and teardown a seasonal store. Provide excellent Guest Services in accordance with Company Standards. Generate sales and perform sign waving. Handle general housekeeping, merchandising, signing and pricing. Operate the POS system and participate in loss prevention activities. Qualifications Minimum age 16. Ability to climb ladders, set up fixtures, lift or move up to 50 pounds. Capacity to stand or walk for 8 hours. Employment Notice The store you have selected is a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store. While you will be working with Spirit Halloween merchandise, Spirit Halloween will not be your employer. Your employer will be the independent owner and operator, who shall have sole responsibility for your employment. Spirit Halloween shall have no obligation or responsibility to you with regard to your employment by the consignment operator. If hired, the consignment operator shall be solely responsible to you for your employment benefits and wages.
