The VP of Operations will also oversee financial management, quality control, guest experience, staffing, and talent development, as well as vendor and supplier relationships. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-unit restaurant operations management, particularly in overseeing 30 or more locations.
