Location: Chicago, IL OR Charlotte NC 

What's the Job?

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of innovative digital products aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, UI/UX, and Engineering to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and translate complex requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, remove impediments, and ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
• Analyze market trends, gather user feedback, and continuously improve product offerings to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital product management or related roles within the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, API development, and data integration processes.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Figma, and Postman for product development and testing.
• Experience working on AI/ML products, with familiarity in LLMs, prompt engineering, and responsible AI frameworks preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex technical features into user-friendly solutions.
