We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist for our Remote Sales Team to support individual clinics within aggregate groups. As a Customer Account Specialist for our Remote Sales Team, you will be responsible for developing business relationships with key stakeholders within the Clinics you support. You will assist 60-70 existing customers in our business within a geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Physicians, Administrators, C- suite, Pharmacists, Nurses, etc.
  
• Identify and present McKesson services that will help clinics make informed decisions. We make every effort to quantify the financial impact of the value unless we are not allowed to for business reasons.
  
• Conduct quarterly meetings with clinics to help them make informed decisions on their purchases where it relates to trends and GPO optimization.
  
  
• Retain Customers through the negotiation of distribution agreements with McKesson and their aggregate partners.
  
  
• Function as the primary point of contact for McKesson Provider specialty for each aggregate customer serviced within their territory.
  
  
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Onmark GPO, Clinical Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Customer Care, Medically Integrated Dispensing, Advisory Services, Finance, Pricing and Operations. This collaboration requires coordination of internal and external meetings with the subject matter experts within each McKesson Specialty support businesses.
  
• Deliver ongoing sales and account support for an assigned group of customers to help meet annual Gross Profit and Revenue goals, with flexibility to support additional business objectives driven by fiscal year strategies and customer needs.
  
  
• Effectively promote additional products and services to existing customers ensuring our wide range of support is being utilized by all eligible customers.
  
  

Minimum Requirement

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.

Education

4-year degree required preferably with an emphasis in sales and marketing, business management, or healthcare related field.

• Sales, account management, and/or sales support experience in a professional setting preferred.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted - This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
  
• Able to travel extensively overnight to customers within a specified book of business - 30% by car & plane.
  
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean, active, unrestricted driving record/MVR.
  
• Remote/Home Office work environment when not traveling
