Responsibilities

• Run and maintain machines following standard operational guidelines.

• Track active production workflows, making timely adjustments to maximize yield and standard compliance.

• Perform basic preventive maintenance, initial diagnostics, and quick issue resolution.

• Ensure all workplace activities conform to health, safety, and operational regulations.

• Log operational throughput and process metrics accurately and consistently.

• Work alongside team members and floor leadership to hit key operational milestones.

• Detect, record, and report operational variances and efficiency gaps.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 35lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
