Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations

Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws

Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations

Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture
- Experience in HR leadership, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting
