Human Resources Director Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
Ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws
Develop and implement retention strategies to support staff engagement
Manage payroll, benefits, and performance evaluations
Address employee concerns and maintain a positive workplace culture

Human Resources Director Requirements:

Experience in HR leadership, preferably in a healthcare or nursing home setting
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to build relationships and support a team-oriented environment
