Regal Staffing is hiring a Supervisor – for a Device Processing (Warehouse) in the Dallas 75247 area.

Pay Rate: 25hr+ Depending on Experience
Shift: 1st shift Monday – Friday - occasional Saturdays 7:30 AM - 4:00PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise at least 20 - 25 associates
- Create, manage, and improve processes
- Responsible for ensuring daily production and quality targets are achieved.
- Responsible for ensuring adequate staffing is available to meet production demands
- Responsible for individual performance reviews and disciplinary actions for all associates
- Responsible for training and cross-training of associates
- Process development and improvement of production flow
- Ensures proper procedures are in place and being followed for production efficiency, quality of product, and employee safety
- Maintains time and production records as required
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing/repair operations with start-up experience is strongly preferred. Recycling experience with multiple manufacturers is highly desired.
- May be required to stand or sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25lbs.
- May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, pushing and pulling of parts and/or part containers.
- Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity, cold or temperature controlled.
- Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a constantly changing environment and is able to interface with people of all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities to accomplish tasks in an efficient manner.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to coordinate a variety of activities, track important details, follow up on delegated assignments, and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening
